1. An uncompleted house should not be allowed to remain in that condition, more than is necessary.
   An uncompleted house, especially when it is old and decayed, attracts demons. Besides, it creates a sense of incompleteness in the mind of people. When occupied by demons, it serves as a scattering agent or generates forces of hindrance to the wellbeing of inmates.
   


2. A compound without fence.
   A fence is a physical security measure. Spiritually, it can prevent certain demons from entering the compound. At least, a mad man with all demons possessing him cannot enter the premises. Also, demon-possessed animals, whether domestic or wild ones, cannot enter the compound.
   


3. Houses painted with bright and lively colours are very good for happiness, comfort and wellbeing.
   But, houses painted with dull colours cause distress to the people. They induce dullness, laziness and sluggishness in people.
   


4. A living house should have enough doors and windows installed.
   Absence of doors and windows means that evil spirits can attract or haunt the house anytime.
   


5. Likewise, it is generally better to keep utensils and food well covered up.
   Evil spirits, unseen, can eat from food in the plates, or poison foods not well covered up. That is why God says in the Bible that any utensils inside a room containing corpse, should be broken and thrown away, if the vessel has no cover over it. Apart from the negative, magnetic and bad spiritual forces emanating from the corpse, the demons do more harm by poisoning foods and open utensils.
   


6. The house layout (arrangement of the rooms, passages and utilities) should be well organized.
   A house with the rooms well laid out makes people to behave in an orderly manner. Houses with bad layout create distress, dissatisfaction, social upset, hindrances and a sense of frustration.
   


7. Flowers and plants inside a compound should be well arranged and properly taken care of.
   A healthy and flourishing flower crates a sense of fullness, joy and wellbeing, while an unkept flower generates spiritual forces of scarcity, ill heath and disorderliness.
   


8. From time to time, at least once a ear, deliverance and spiritual work should be performed on a house and its compound.
   Holy substances should be sprayed all over the house and compound. Such holy substances include Blood of Jesus, Crystal Water or Consuming Fire. Generally, people do not know that the bad condition of the houses, and evil radiations from the compound ground, cause failures, bad luck, failures, disappointment and hindrances.
   


9. After a house or compound has hosted a corpse, the house and its compound should be purified.
   This measure is to restore the house to its original state of purity, holiness and goodness. Otherwise, demons shall start possessing the house and compounds, or trees and objects inside them.
   


10. Do not allow dirty waters, slums or wastewater to stay long over due, before they are drained off.
    Remove them before they start to decay. The more rotten and stinking they are, the more they attract evil spirits and demons.
    


11. Houses situated near rivers, streams and lakes are prone to attack from marine spirits.
    Likewise, houses that are close to valleys and mountains, cemetery and mortuary. Unfortunately, people are not spiritually enlightened and developed. That is why they allow all kinds of nonsense in their midst and in their environments, without knowing the spiritual problems that such things create.
    


12. Do not allow noisy vibrations, booming sounds or bombarding music near offices or residential houses.
    Such noisy sounds create distress, hinder spiritual growth and induce violence in people. You should know that the consequences of a bad act may not be immediate. After Adam and Eve disobeyed God, it took them about 900 years before they experienced death, which God warned them about. That death alone made their life of 900 years a bitter one.
    


13. Ensure good ventilation in the houses.
    Fresh air cools the body, purifies the soul, provides fresh air and gives newness of life. A poorly ventilated house, accumulates foul air, which stifles life and attracts demons.
    


14. The idea of entering a house through the back door should be discouraged.
    It is like reversing spiritual progress and creating disharmony.
    


15. Avoid poor lighting in the house.
    Adequate lighting makes a house lively and comfortable. Besides, good lighting makes the eyes normal and functional. Dim or poorly lit houses make the eyes dull, weak and unclear.
    


16. At times, it is proper to bring out all the clothes and beddings to dry them under the sun.
    Wet or damp clothes and beddings harbour demons and evil spirits.
    


17. Do not allow dirty clothes to accumulate
    or stay long over due in a house or compound, before washing them.
    


18. When clothes are soaked in water, do not let them over stay inside to water to generate foul smell,
    which attracts demons.
    


19. Do not allow indiscriminate spitting, urination or stooling at every corner of the house/compound.
    Doing so makes a house or compound to become infested by evil spirits or black energies.
    


20. The rooms and passages in a house should be spacious enough.
    Inadequate space creates a sense of imprisonment and undue restrictions.
    


21. Remove old and used clothes, shoes and properties.
    For best result, burn such materials with fire.
    


22. Do not allow frequent streams of smoke into a house.
    Spiritually, smoke means provocation, confusion or frustration. Besides, they make house and clothes to have bad odour.
    


23. Do not display pictures of violence, pornography, etc
    in a house or office.
    


24. Do not allow cigarette, smoking or snuff in the house.
    They are prone to attract evil spirits.
    

1. Do not allow refuse dump to liter the environment.
2. Prevent muddy, waste or murky waters form accumulating or staying long.
3. Avoid frequent touching of corpse or graves, except where it is absolutely necessary to do so.
4. Do not allow noisy music and video shops in re residential or office areas.
5. Perform deliverance on accident-prone areas and on demon- infested places like police cells, prisons, hospitals, etc.
6. Perform deliverance on trees and objects, which are demon-possessed.
7. Remove scraps from the compounds and environments.
8. Avoid irregular plans and layout of buildings.
9. Do not build schools, churches or public houses on grave, in the cemetery or in places dedicated to shrine.
10. Do not allow corpses inside churches and holy places.
11. If corpse has been allowed into a public building, perform deliverance and spiritual work on the house and its compound after 7 days.
12. Do not allow idols and shrines in the environment. They attract numerous demons mermaids, ghost, witches and forces of darkness. These thing come uninvited, arrive unnoticed and work undetected, destroying the lives and fortunes of people. It is indeed surprising and disappointing that people are spiritually blind and ignorant of these negative realities of life.
